6-Drawer Heavy-Duty Ball Bearing Side Cabinet - Red/Black
I been looking at this for some time.i got this on clearnce and been very happy with the box. It hangs on the (L) or the (R) side of you bottom box.All the drawes open smooth.

I wish I could give a lower score!
The box came unable to open because the rod that was supposed to be connected to the lock was disconnected. When I finally got it open I found that the sliding hinges were either not connected or misaligned because of poor assembly. Thus, causing great difficulty in opening the drawers. Considering The large amount of money I have invested with Craftsman products over the years I come to expect more.

Good side box for extra tools. Wanted another one but they are no longer sold by sears or something cause I can't buy another one apparently.

No stars. The cabinet had broken drawer and 3 drawers that wouldn't open. Terrible service, terrible return policy, terrible reorder promise and little to no customer service.

I just took delivery of this side box and noticed an unused pop rivet in the shipping box. As it turns out three of the six drawer slides are missing rivets so I'm on my way to Sears to buy a pop rivet gun and some rivets. I'm sure this was a fluke as I have been a loyal Sears customer for 40 years, and this one fluke will not affect my loyalty. Actually, I'm wondering if Sears actually monitors this feedback...and would consider sending me an email and perhaps even a pop rivet gun. We'll see.

Poor Pack for shipping/product broken and repaired by me

Every single drawer guide had fallen from their slots. I bought 2 and both were the same. Sears wanted to charge me return shipping so instead I fixed then as they should have been assembled in the first place. I used machine bolts and locknuts. Took me a couple of hours, but now they are well built. I had to remove the locks on both as well to repair the drawer locks which did not work.
A company chooses their shipper and UPS has large conveyor and huge shoots in their loading facilities. Simply if they prefer to use UPS they should use UPS's shipping guidelines.
It is sad when a customer prefers to repair a damaged product to avoid the hassle of re-boxing and paying to return a received damage. In no way should the customer be charged unless the customer requests their shipper.
I purchased this and paid more expecting better quality than Harbour Freight. I see why Sears has had problems. Sears customer base expects higher quality and service and pays more for it. Sears no longer provides this, so if you can find it elsewhere, that may be best.

This is designed to be used with the 41" and larger bottom boxes. I was able to use it with my 26" boxes with the deeper two drawer middle box. Just have to watch the weight distribution. It's what you expect from Craftsman, It's not Snap-on but it works just fine and costs way, way less. You can get cheaper at the chinese tool stores but the quality is not as good.
